These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HonorTheBride, HonorTheBirthday, HonorOurMom, HonorTheGraduate, and all related websites and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by TheHonorFamily ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an event or purchase the Service. Contributors (people invited to submit content) may be any age, but the event coordinator is responsible for ensuring all contributors have appropriate permission to participate.
The Service allows a coordinator to collect written stories, photos, and other media from contributors and generate a multimedia slideshow tribute. The coordinator purchases the Service, invites contributors via email or text message, and manages the resulting tribute through a dashboard.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your photos, text, or other media. By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you and your event participants.
This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems. We do not sell, share, or use your content for advertising, training, or any purpose unrelated to delivering your tribute.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate access for repeat violations. We may use automated tools to scan uploaded content for prohibited material.
We use automated image scanning technology to detect and block prohibited content, including but not limited to nudity, explicit material, and violence. Content flagged by our systems may be blocked from upload or removed without notice. We are not obligated to review all content, and the use of automated tools does not constitute a guarantee that all prohibited content will be detected.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. All purchases are one-time payments — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Your first tribute is $49; additional events (birthdays, holidays, anniversaries) are $29 each.
Refund requests may be submitted to our support email within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
We store your event data, contributor submissions, and uploaded photos for a reasonable period to allow you to access and download your tribute. We reserve the right to delete event data and all associated photos 180 days after the event's target date. You are responsible for downloading your completed tribute before this period expires.
You may request early deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheHonorFamily, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you upload or submit; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheHonorFamily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of content, or unauthorized access to your content.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We are not responsible for the content submitted by contributors — the event coordinator assumes responsibility for reviewing submitted content before publishing or sharing the tribute.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
